SCORE ONE FOR BERRY

Posted on February 4, 2010 | Email This!

In a 4-1 vote Commissioner Berry voted for the people.    The other Commissioners voted for the developers.

While I can sympathize with the current position that developers are in, I cannot forget  that if they don’t pay for infrastructure, the taxpayer’s will.

In an effort to be accurate I have asked the Board of Commissioners for certain documents that will bring me up to speed on the issue.

Sandy Sez:

It is most unfortunate that once again the BOC appears to have weighed in on the side of the developers.  I will withhold further comments for the moment.  If you want further information go through the archives of this blog and also www.camdenganews.blogspot.com the St. Johns article is very helpful in understanding the issue.

PS breaking news, it would appear that we have a serious breakout of black mold in one on of larger apartment complexes in  St. Mary’s.  I would hope that the proper authorities will be notified ASAP.  This is a serious health hazard.
